# THE PROBLEM

Information can be invaluable depending on how much you and the other party value the piece of information. 

Authenticity of information can also be challenged without the correct documents to approve and certify the information recieved  

Exchanging information securely for a fee can be a very complex process in which lawyers can sometimes get involved. 

When code is law Eroteme helps to solve this problem.

Additional Problems include:

* Requesting information can be a difficult process, but this can be enhanced with the incentive to offer ETH(monetary value) being the main driver to get a reply to the request of information.
* Having proof of ownership can require a lot of legislation which can be time consuming and very expensive.
* Finding a buyer to sell information can be challenge as you may have to go through various middlemen.
* Reselling information can be difficult without proof of legitimacy.
